What colour?

Just found some more pics of it. Owner calls it Kermit Green.

This is my old van. It's an original Mint Julip HJ however I bare metalled it and painted it 'Kermit Green' in 2pac Glasarit. I sold it after panel and paint and building 308 with T350 whcih were both sitting in it. Jez

Yeah I can;t remember. I seem to recall that I thought it was a GMH Torana colour at the time but now, I don;t think thats right at all...Jez

I think it is just a colour that was popular with street machiners in the 80's and 90's. There used to be heaps of cars painted kermit green in street machine. I think that Toyota gun metal grey would have been a close second and candy apple red and blue third.

Wow that is a colour I have not heard of for a long time, once all the blokes were painting their, utes, cars, and vans Candy Apple Red.....it is actually a really nice colour....

If it's genuine HJ colour then I guess it would have to be Jamaican Lime.

I think you will find that it is MINT JULIP. I know cause I painted my WB the same.

suffice to say it's GREEN! Not a green person myself, but that does look good. and if i'm not mistaken, Kermit is going to be at the state titles here in VIC on Sunday.....

I am pretty sure that Kermit Green is not a holden colour at all, but Jeza How much different was the original colour to the colour you painted the van. It looks awfully close to Mint Julip.
