Quite a few cars that passed in now have that status. I assume the highest bidder gets told what the vendor will accept or vendor lowers expectations and an agreement is met.

OK, so I re-read the listing, & it says unrestored, my brain saw that as needs restoration!
Yes, the pics looks like it's quite good, although been sitting 30 years
