Measurements for position of centre console brackets

Hi guys

Going to be starting a rebuild thread shortly on an HZ panelvan I'm restoring. People seem to like those threads

Anyway.... just wondering if anyone has the measurements on the floorpan for positioning of the brackets for a centre console?? I'm installing one in a bench seat car so need precise locations. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!

PS - pondering if this thread should be in the Interior section in hindsight....


Actually, don't worry about it. Just had a thought - if I screw the brackets into the console and position it in the car over the shifter and tack it in then unscrew the console and weld in properly it'll be perfectly positioned...
