    Ram 1500

Well I finally blew my old 2011 Hilux transmission up a couple of months ago. 370000km and I was hoping to keep it till it died. Sadly it happened before I wanted it to. $6000 quote to reco the auto and I decided to sell it as was. Advertised it on Facebook and my phone went into meltdown in 5 minutes and a tilt tray turned up with the cash that arvo (they drove 400km from Sydney to get it).
Anyway I have just picked up a new Ram 1500 crew cab with the hemi V8. It’s bloody awesome and it flies! Bugger the 4 cylinder turbo diesels!
Best car I have had and I reckon it would beat our 2020 WRX STI off the mark. Haven’t had them side by side yet, but seat of the pants says it would be close!

Fantastic. Didn't realise that were that quick. It's a big rig to get a boogie on. Must sound good with the foot down

Yep, same 1/4 time as a phase 3 Falcon if you can believe it. Then you can stick it in low 4 and pull a Hilux out of a bog. Certainly a cool vehicle.

"Yep, same 1/4 time as a phase 3 Falcon if you can believe it."............. uhh, there's a race on this weekend near you, grab a helmet and see if they'll let you join them

Congrats, they're about the only thing on the Bruce towing a van or fifth wheeler I never overtake cos they don't die on hills and will be looking to pass me instead....lesson learned

Not in the same league as a 253! The note is still standard so not fare to compare.
