Iam having the same issue as you as I have the cap [ left in photo ] the plate for the cap [ top centre of photo ] but not the star piece.Even with that Iam not sure how it would fit to steering wheel.If you are getting that piece printed I would certainly be interested in buying one from you. The "star piece" has two holes on the outer edge, that line up with any 2 of the 6 holes on the alloy horn contact plate. (The part that mounts with the 4 bolts & springs to the steering wheel centre)
Just need to find a couple small screws with the same thread as the Allen key bolts from the earlier horn cap.
