    G'day Paul.
The GVW 1950 looks good for a sandman.
    See what others think...

Does the chassis number match? Does the body match the tags? So much more needed to know before knowing. A HHS report is essential these days with the ridiculous money they are making.

Hey Paul. Body matches tags? What do you mean by that? There is no body number on the body to cross reference to the tags.

Looks like its a Brissy built van. The body number you have ending in 8 will be a "B"
The VIN number also suggests H3. That being Brissy.

Does it have XX7 on the body tag? The one with the Paint, engine, trim codes? If it doesnt I would suggest its not a sandman. If it does then the tags are suggesting XX7 optioned sandman.

To check if the body is correct. Grab a pic of the rear whare the full length hoodlinging should be. Ideally of both the sides are the back and the rear teeth.

    Cheers

Why wasn't that mentioned in the first post ? It's the best clue you have.

That combined with the 1950 kg, 2 seats & the full headlining. If it has factory console brackets it sounds to be 100% a Sandman.
