Seller added their phone number to the ad this morning, after also adding that the chassis didn't match tags.

Seemed to be stalled at $4,792 for a day, now ad has been pulled with 8 days left so I guess a cash offer came their way?

I can’t follow Sandman values. They make no sense. One day a van with wrong chassis and rust is worth ridiculous money, the next they don’t even make a sale at all.
Must be the majority of buyers that have no ability to do any work themselves and the only ones selling now are already restored?
