under dash components

Can some one give me an idea of what under dash stuff is the same from hq - wb. i need to know if all the plastics, heater cables and other components are the the same. I have a WB firewall section complete and need to know how much stuff is the same as HX. My HX is incomplete I think!

A lot of the WB stuff is the same but colours will be different on the plastics. Just compare side by side. Some is different though especially wiring as WB have separate reversing lights.

thanks mate, I cut the wiring up and thru in the trailer, I am after info on the ducts, vents, vent cables etc.

Ozbox is your better bet on WB versus earlier. As I said they have plenty in common with HZ but there are subtle differences. Examples like symbols on knobs etc. I've never taken enough serious interest to be definitive. Maybe study part numbers?

hx hz wb is all interchangable except the wiring as byron says..wiring can be used with minor mods...other than that its the same...as long as the wb parts you have are form a ute or van not statesman..
