Hello All
Just joined to see if I can track down my old 1974 HQ Sandman? ute as per the attached photo.
It had its original driveline L31, M21, GU4 with full GTS tan interior
I bought it in Devonport Tasmania in the early eighties from Von Vibra Motors.
It was last seen in St Helens Tasmania in the nineties.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Kingswood based Ute in a HQ could be a Sandman.
GTS badges on the guards are not right, but was a common sight in the day.
Be good if you knew the chassis and engine number or had pictures of the tags etc.
Anyway, it might be a Sandman and hopefully somebody down Tassie way can help you find out what happened to it.
Or even better tell where it is today.

Does anyone else remember the Yellow Ute that a Tassie chick had that her father was helping with?
She had it resprayed and was changing the wheels to 15x10's maybe?
I don't remember what model it was, of even if it was this forum (but I think it was).
