I only asked about chamois, but they have quite a few different colours on eBay. Over the phone they sell it $10.90 per metre, plus $7.60(I think) maximum postage for how ever much you want.
They also sell pinchweld 3 mtr lengths on eBay for around $37 (free postage) which is a similar deal to rare spares.
