I bought a small folder. It’s only just big enough though.

That would be handy. I did some folding on 1mm aluminum but longer bends that wouldn't fit in those small folders, but of course it's a softer metal so was able to do without
Good work James, by the time its all welded in and painted I don't think anyone would pick the difference.

Welded the lower B pillar patch in. Came up well I reckon.

Nothing much done this week. Welded in the inside patch. It was a bit difficult as I can’t reach into the cavity at the back of the cab too easily. So I had to lap join the back part. Hopefully the trim will hide it.

I picked this VT 5 litre up on gumtree. It’s got a great motor and auto in it. So I have my motor sorted out now.

Fell off the back of my ute onto a steel post. Had to have surgery and have been off work for nearly three weeks. Not much action on the ute.
