Rear sway bar

Hi all
I am restoring a WB panel van & have Castlemaine Rod shop power rack & pinion steering kit (Blacks Racks) which comes with a 27mm front sway bar.
The HZ rear sway bar is about 16mm, Kmac is 20 and Whiteline is 22.
Which one would work best with the 27mm front bar

I have Kmac on ours.
Recently I put up a thread with some pictures
Obviously after market on our HX but has been on for over 40 odd years.

Yes I was thinking of going with the Kmac middle of the road I don't want it too stiff or too soft.

Hi Len, how do you go with the rear sway bar? I am looking at doing the same to my WB van. My WB is the same set up as yours. The only fear i have with the rear sway bars is introducing understeer. Regards Chilli

Hi Chilli I haven't got it on the road yet, so I don't know sorry been a bit slow. But I went with the whiteline 22mm.

Im hoping to get my van on the road in 2 to 3 weeks after the engineer does an inspection. Let me know what you think of the rear sway bar when you start driving.

Somewhere over the years, I have been told, that leaf spring vehicles don't get a great benefit of rear sway bars, & to only use a small rear bar to just tighten things up. Not sure if this is still the preferred advice, just a comment.
My own opinion is a ton & half of steel box with high centre of gravity, is never going to handle great, & my own belief is to get the arse down as low as you can..
