Twin system, one lukey muffler. 2” pipe. If you go two mufflers put a balance pipe between the pipes.
Mate what a gorgeous / beautiful van...
If you are not sure which way you want to go ...
Go into a reputable exhaust system place ...get there advice they will tell you which way to go ...but my opinion is definitely go stainless steel twin get their advice for legality for mufflers ...well done
I replaced my exhaust system on my daily driver the other month and very happy with it. Its a twin 2 1/4 system with pacemaker extractors and the best thing i did was fork out an extra ~$400 to have the extractors ceramic coated. I reckon the cost was worth it. Hope it helps, cheers.

Thanks guys, love the ceramic coating, the exhaust guy has recommended twin 2 1/4 into one muffler then twin out, pretty sure he was going to use Luke's muffler, will that sound nice and deep? He suggested mild steel not stainless
Tri-Y extractors into a two in, two out Lukey single sports muffler 2 1/4" heavy gauge steel for deeper note.
Stainless is great for longevity and looks but not sound. As WB mentioned separated mufflers need a balance tube if you go that way.

Yeah it gives a nice deep note. Gives a bit of a nice crackle when you feed it in to it too. Not as much as hot dogs, but sounds good.
I agree on the mild steel also. Mine has had this system on since 2000 and hasn’t rusted out yet.
