This is a Napier SUV Tent for just under $500

This is the Rightline for around $600 (Amazon Australia it was $734)

I'm thinking the Napier one may be better value....

Im interested if and how much these type of tents mark the paint? As camping near beaches usually involve windy times....Anyone used any of these or similar over a period of time?

    thanks for any information, cheers

The tail tent for a Sandman ...
    Every body has thoughts. .
They really do absolutely nothing for me ..
Can't see why you can't either sleep in the back of your van with a separate tent to unload your stuff in ...or pitch a tent sleep in it and keep all the stuff in the van..
simple. ... you can't drive anywhere / do anything without taking off the growth you have erected on the back.
    They look fugly.

The original tail tent really only extended your floor/mattress space by opening the tailgates. For tall people it makes all the difference for sleeping.
