For a definite answer contact Holden Historic services, for $90 they will give a certificate certifying it as a sandman or not

I would be saying no with a 2155 kg on the compliance plates ...
What is on the other tags ?
There's a lot of goodies it should have ..Black door handles... gts door mirrors. .. Black on the panels under the doors under the rear bumpers. ..of course the gts dash steering wheel ...then the tyre placard in the glove box . And that is the obvious tell tales
