Looking for some help to identify a HZ van I have just purchased

Body 414801-A
Trim 1929 - 60v
Paint. 568 - 30520
Eng L31
Trans M41
Axle GU4
Also did HZ Sandmans come out with GTS guards

Hey guys, it doesn't look like this was really answered....

the trim may be a problem for a sandman, (maybe depending on build date)?

Was he actually asking if it was a sandman??
