Hx wiper motor.

I have a spare one.
But if I cannot turn it by hand does it mean it is stuffed.
Tried to connect it to test but couldn’t make it run?

You can't turn them by hand.
If testing you must earth the body very well.

There not that easy to check
The body needs a good earth as James said then one of the pins gets 12v(yellow on car) then you put a second earth to
one of the 3 remaining terminals
One will be slow , another is fast and the last goes to the washer motor from memory..
