Have tried to resize but does not work.
Have tried everything

Could be the "weight size in megabytes" of the image rather than the pixel dimensions size.
Are you using the forum itself for hosting or a 3rd party?

Check with Stickthis. I got those stickers from him at least 5 years ago.
