GVM and seat capacity are good, it's an M and it's got a 308 and a 4 speed which always helps.

Best way to confirm for sure is to get a HHS report.

    Thank you.
I assume the HHS report is better than Letter of Authenticity from Holden ?

No, it is a private researcher that either has the information to call from or has already compiled.

Yep. HHS uses Holden's original sales data, which as far as I'm aware, Holden Authentication doesn't actually have access to. Because most Sandman's didn't have an actual code stamped on the plates, they're a bit harder to Authenticate from tag numbers alone.

It's a Sandman from those plates. Obviously I am passing judgment just on tag info, I am not guaranteeing tags haven't been swapped out etc because I wouldn't know that

Hi, I have just purchased a 1978 Holden HZ Sandman with ID Tag paint code 567-30525.
    Build date is 5/78.
(Car is currently painted the incorrect colour)
Can you advise me which Sandman decals colour and the Code is the correct one for my car ?
Please send me a photo If you have one ?
    Thank you
    Darren

Thank you. Is there a code to the decals as I see these DY codes and there are a couple similiar blue decals ?
Also, my trim code on my 1978 HZ Sandman is 1934-63v.
Can you advise what colour headlining I need and is it plain type or herringbone ?
    Thank you Darren
