    Axistr new project

Hi all newbie here. I have purchased a new project to restore its a WB factory 2 seat 4.2, m20, 10 bolt lsd, GTS dash with full roof lining and centre console. Also has power steering. Purchased it off a mate that was attempting to restore it, but after 6 years of going nowhere its my turn to put it all back together. All the parts were supplied with the car so let the fun begin. I don't know how many WB pannos had this spec but I wouldn't think there would have been to many.

Not many at all. Do you have any idea if it was all factory fitted? What year is it?

Appears to be the same spec as Rob's Van on Majestic's forum.

Yep all factory fitted and the compliance plates all match with the driveline. Build is Dec 1983. Still has the original engine in it. The GTS dash was factory fitted also.

Was it rusty? I thought it was pretty straight. I actually rang him to buy it but it was sold.

nice van. There was a 253 4 speed van with GTS dash for sale in NSW recently but it was rusted to shit. I saw one for sale in 2011 that was dark met green with same specs. I've personally only ever seen 1 WB van with a full head lining in the flesh

    nice van dude. real noice
