From the photo of the Registration Sticker below, is there any information that would be of any use in identifying the vehicle as a Sandman or otherwise?

Not really, but maybe the 1950? If that is the weight they've read from the compliance plate?

a kingwood can have derated tyre cap (passenger tyres rather than commercial) so absoutely nothing there to give you away
