It has certainly crossed my mind, I believe in the science and just need to back the installer and hope he lives up to his reputation. If not I can and will take it up with 3M themselves, who back the 7yr warranty.

As for the candy sheen I actually really dig it, every time I walk up to the car I love it. It really stands out in a carpark and I'm kinda addicted to the mirror shots, I was planning on a matte wrap but changed at the last minute to gloss.
