Hi all, Just signed up tonight after finding this site. Always wanted an orange Sandman growing up and owned a couple of XF panel vans (sorry guys) in my youth. Bit the bullet this year and blew more dollars than I could afford on an SS ute then drove down to Melbourne from northern NSW to get this canopy installed. I'm guessing you all might be purists but I'm happy to call it a PV and a mate of mine said the SS badge could stand for Sladey's Sandy. Have thought about doing a black rectangle tailgate decal as per the HQ as a small homage to the original Sandman's. Here's my beast in it's natural habitat...Love to hear your thoughts on this modern take on an old classic.
