Buckskin trim question?

Hey guys got a mate doing a hx sandman ute replica in black with blue stripes, he's decided on buckskin color trim....
First question where is the best place to get say a kit? Door trims, seat covers, rear wall, roof lining and console arm rest?

He spoke to a guy that said he has long grain material or the plain WB type material for seats and door trims I assume?

2nd question , did hx have this long grain material or plain?
Did Hz have plain or long grain?
Also the roof lining is a rougher type material yes?

my HX sndman had rough type headlining from memory. long grain on seats, door cards, console and dash pad for sure. change was mid to late in HZ to 'sandpaper' type i think.

there are some blokes on here that have very good trimmers they will recommend no doubt

Send Rod And Jennie a pm they have an excellent trimmer that they get there trim off

Thanks guys ..... I remember A Hz sandy I looked at had the sandpaper type buckskin trim, but was unsure of the hx style...

HX is long grain vinyl.
HX is long grain style dash pad
HZ with a trim ending in V or X is long grain vinyl and long grain dash pad
HZ with trim ending in C or T is short grain vinyl and sandpaper style dash pad

sandpaper roof trim for all HZ
my 3/77 hx sandman had the lined hood trim.
