HX Sandman Van Confirmation Please

I am brand new to the world of Sandman Vans, I have been busy with all other sorts of Holdens since I was a lad. Would it be possible for someone to assess if the following is a genuine HX Sandman:

Model - HX8WM70
Body No - 216004-A
Trim - 1916-18V
Paint - 568-17777
Eng - L31
Trans - M21
GVM - 1950
Seating Cap - 2
VIN - 8M70TGL365527X
Chassis No - DHO85294
Engine No - 0951450P

Looks to originally be sandman tags, but engine & chassis have been changed

18V Trim confirms it was built as a Sandman along with the 1950 GVM.
The "P" on the end of the engine number is for "Police" meaning it has had a pass and given a police issued engine number (no it was not a police car or engine!).
Chassis number doesn't read right (check it again).

What's the Chassis No. on the ADR tag should be around AHX16300A?

Thanks, all the numbers line up the Body and PSN are a perfect match with another van I have recorded.

What colour is this Van good driveline combo 308 4 speed

The van is requiring a complete restoration.
Currently it is Atlantis Blue I think, it will be going back to the original Papaya.
The gearbox was changed out for a 4 speed top loader, approved via a QLD blue tag mounted on the firewall.
