HZ Sandman Ute glovebox colour

I have some damage to the glove box surround on my late 1978 HZ Sandman ute. The Build sheet says Buckskin 63V

I bought off Ebay a lovely Buckskin replacement glovebox out of a HZ sandman (going to keep my original lid) and it's to light compared to my dash top and what is currently fitted. I bought the car off it's second owner and the dash / dash top and glovebox are original. Can someone please advise what colour should I be looking for? To top it off I'm colour blind, but think my glovebox and dash top are tan?

I think the HZ had a mix of Buckskin and Tan i know mine does

Yes they are right. There is not much buckskin in there at all

Hey Jason, I have a set of those tartan seats out of a supermint GTS, I've had stored for about 20 years. I didn't like them much, but couldn't bring myself to throw out, is there any demand for that trim?

As I remember in a lot of HZ interiors, the dash top & the glovebox didn't match colours very well, so it might be hard to find something you can use

I have the black interior in my GTS but it was originally the brown so I might be interested.

Hey Starkeywin, I still have that lower dash if you want it, have a matching glovebox too, but not with the correct tyre placard.
