Sandman Car Club Meeting & Show - March 6th - Geelong All Holden Day

Hey guys

Hope all is well

Jez has been in touch with the organisors of the Geelong All Holden Day and asked if we could have a spot on the field for our group. We can get our own section if we get there early enough.....otherwise we will be mixed in with the rest of the HQ-HZ group (and hopefully away from all the commodores )

So while were there, we can have a meeting as well and touch base on a few things we are doing.

How does that sound for everyone? Hope its enough notice to get everyone on board.

Seeing as shows may be a regular thing for us, it may be time to look into a marque for us. Maybe a club bbq, chairs etc etc

Anyways.....thoughts??

I think its actually on the 5th which is the Saturday. Not the 6th.

I wish it was on the 6th though because I cant make it on the 5th as its my daughters 10th birthday!! Dammit.

Ive already tentatively asked the boss and I got the death stare and a glaring, "Youre kidding right!!?".. So I said yes honey of course I am.. hee hee.. Why would I want to go and look at cool old Holdens and park my sandman with a heap of other cool Sandmans and blokes and talk about cars? When I could be listening to a gaggling group of ten year old girls sing Taylor swift songs!!? Why indeed...

spoke to Dave last night...hes got plans unfortunately.....Hainzy is busy with Taylor Swift tunes ...havent heard from the other chaps. Me and the gf are heading down so maybe meet along the way Bill and can follow you down

I am over in Melb in mid May for a weekend and early July.
