    Best Carpet

    Hi guys,
Who would you buy your carpet from?
Will a ute carpet be OK?
    Loop pile?
    Thoughts...

    Hi Russ,

Just purchased mine from Tru-Fit. Have not even taken it out of the bag as yet.
    $199 posted to my P.O.Box.

2 x pieces - front is firewall to under seat and rear is under seat to rear section-about a foot wide.
I know front piece fits ute and van, not sure of rear piece though.

I wanted Super Plush but they do not do Super Plush anymore so went normal plush as opposed to Classic or Standard Loop Pile.
(Knox wanted $280 for Super Plush).

This is the second van carpet set I have had from Tru-Fit for my van, the current carpet I am replacing after 14 years. It has worn exceptionally well as I am just changing the colour and going 'Plush', just to make the interior a look a little more classy.

I opted for no backing as I still have the old horse hair looking stuff under mine at the moment.

I have had Tru-Fit carpets in other cars as well, and they fitted up well.

    Hope this helps,
    Maysik

Cool, so do I just order a ute set?
How far up does the carpet go up the back?
Mine has some dodgy big of carpet there at the mo.

Just order a panel van set in the colour and pile you want. The ute sets are the same with the option of the vertical bulkhead extra bit which isn't needed for the van.

I bought a plush carpet, dash mat and kick panels for the Torana from Tru-Fit, great fit, a lot better fit than the carpet that came with the $5000 interior.
