    Drifter- sandman alternative

Was watching this one sold on ebay for $13K, genuine Drifter 318 V8 auto. I cannot vouch for condition, only what's in ad, but seems like a bargain compared to prices we are hearing for sandmans. This is really a rare piece of Australian panelvan history, only 1900 odd Chrysler panelvans were made and of those estimated 300 (I've heard) were Drifters (and not all V8s)

I was surprised to see it go for that price, I though maybe 15-16K.
If I was in a position to bid on it I would more than Likely own a Drifter now.
    They are a cool Car.
I know of a Chrysler van around the traps not a Drifter, I'm just sitting back on it for a while.

Yep a real classic for sure. There was a original condition one at Van Nats. To be honest I enjoyed looking at the more unusual vans there. A few Bedfords and the Drifter stood out in the crowd.
