What about the one on Gumtree in Rossmoyne at 45k its fully restored not sure if thats drug money
but you buy one for less than 20k get another 20 k ready to finish it off

there is the green one over east though for $30K

The yellow one for 45k does look pretty good but inspection is a must of course
the green for 30k looks ok to
its a personal choice really
