    Route 66

    Went for quick spin the other day. This is where we ended up. Well one end of it anyway. We are in LA.

    Heading to NY in a couple of days. Then home.

    Ah not actually driving it. I wish. Just going from LA to NY by plane. Did drive around LA today though. Busy place!!

    WB i was over there 3 weeks ago hired a car in LA for 10 days,little daunted at first but by day 3 i was a local, we then flew to NY for 10 days didn't hire a car there the subway was great, and we used uber.

    Damn! I've been to Santa Monica and never saw that sign. Great reason for a return trip I guess....
