Help - is my HX Panelvan a Sandman

Hi All,

Just after some help, recently purchased a HX Panelvan wanting to know if its a sandman or not.

The details are:

HX8WM70
body:216694-A
Trim: 1888-67V
Eng: L20
Trans: M20
Axle: GV7

Seating 2
GVW 2155kg

Seating 2 - Sandman seat capacity
GVW 2155kg -
HX XX7 sandman's V8 GVW all were 1950kg
HX XU4 was introduced (non sandman but derated GVW for sedan tyres) 6cyl 1850kg
HX XU4 was introduced (non sandman but derated GVW for sedan tyres) V8 1950kg
HX XU3 sandman's V8 all were 2200kg
HX 6cyl all were 2155kg
HX non sandman's V8 all were 2200kg (Thanks Jason)

Everything supplied so far points to it could be a 6cyl Sandman.

Tags don't make a car though!

You would need to post all the other tag information along with chassis number.
Proof of blackouts, stripes, roof lining/brackets and console mounts. Pictures to show evidence of being a Sandman.

My mistake Innuendo I thought the 6 ended at HJ, and it was in fact HX being the last of the 6 cylinders

I used it and would recommend it very helpful and you get a certificate as well. So no more arguments

Yes I have used it. I also know the owner. There is NO doubt that they are accurate!
