At any point, was the tray colour an option when ordering.... Regardless of model?

Going by the brochures (and what is in brochures is not always right) , hq grey in tray, I can't see any pictures of hj tray, hx body colour, hz body colour.
Specklefleck (Chickenshit) was over with the HG as far as know it was replaced with Vynacoat and body colour.
That's not to say people or dealers didn't use Specklefleck after the fact.
The HJ Sandman brocure i have looks like its Vynacoat in the tray. Personally, i like the look of the body colour in the tray....but each to their own
Thanks to all for comments and feedback. I prefer the colour in the tray and that's the way I will go. End of the day, its an easy change at minimal expense to repaint the tray.
Just to add a little to this thread. From what I have read Holden from the start made the Sandman from two models .The HJ Kingswood Sandman that were made up until September 1975 they had body colour in the tray and the HJ (Belmont)Sandman had vynacoat in the tray.Septemder was the date they changed to making Sandmans from the (Belmont) or base model Holden only.No more Kingswood Sandmans after this date and this is an another reason it is hard to identify a HJ Sandman. As for tray colours after this it may come down to what plant your Sandman was made.
OK, mine is a June 1975 Kingswood based sandman so colour painted tray it definitely is then. Thanks
HQ Belmont Sandman ute and HJ Holden Sandman ute (base model) were painted grey vynacote in the tub.
HQ - WB Kingswood ute were painted body colour in the tub.
HX and HZ Sandman ute were based on the Kingswood specs so had body colour in the tub.
