    Archy's Sandman Resto

You've probably seen this Sandman on the site before under the member 'Rollas' name. He's my son. This is his Sandman which we have both taken on together to breathe life back into her.

We picked this Sandman panel van up a few years ago from Wogga Wogga. Interesting find. The guy had taken it off the road in the early 90's and kept it under covers in his shed until we picked it up in 2012. In it's prior life it was used as a trade vehicle. Very straight. No rust or dings. A picture perfect starter. Factory 308. Aussie 4 speed. All the markings of an original Sandman. Of course, no XX7 as its from the Adelaide plant but no doubt an original Sandman.

I like the tow vehicle in that first pic and I see your utilising other Ford bits in the resto lol.

Great to see an update. I was just wondering the other day how your resto was going.

Hopefully we'll see it on the road soon.
