Question for Canon D camera buffs

Is there any software available to do a bulk conversion from RAW (.CR2) files into .jpg (or similar) files?

Problem is all the photos I've taken on the 5DII are raw images, but the photobook software my mrs uses does not recognise .cr2 format.

I'm pretty sure it is easily done in Photoshop, and if I have to buy that I will. Just thought there might be an easier (and more cost effective) way.

I use PS or Lightroom but I had a quick look on the Canon page and you can download Digital Photo Pro to do batch processing of CR2 files.

Irfanview has plugins for CR2 files I beleive. Batch conversions are nice and easy too, and the program is free.
