    brake booster rod adjustment

Hi Team, I have a no brake pedal pressure problem. I believe I've isolated the issue to the Brake Booster rod, either to short or to long.
1st - is the rod adjustable
2nd - if the answer to the above is yes, how is it done.
3rd - what length should it be

application: WB PVan Disc/disc, MC is new P7953, double diaphragm booster, systems been bleed rear to front at least twice, no fizzy fluid at any corner.

    I'm hoping someone can assist.

It could also be the reaction pad behind the master cylinder has fallen. This happened to me on a UC once and it gave the 'no pedal' problem.

Talk to a brake shop. It is a disc that goes over the rod inside the booster.

If its not the reaction pad, I go back to my original questions:
1st - is the rod adjustable
2nd - if the answer to the above is yes, how is it done.
3rd - what length should it be
