Looking to find out if possible if my uncles old hx sandman van is still alive &out there somewhere? It was a 5/1977 build deauville blue in colour 18v black trim & was a L31 m20 . He purchased new from young & green holden toronto nsw in 7/1977 & he optiond it up with a hx caprice front & also premier sill moulds . He also chose no decal option . As ppl did in the 70s he fitted full rear bumper bar fitted extractors & dual system aunger 14x8 alloy mags 350 holley & lowerd suspension . He had rear decked out in blue velour & mirrored highlights as well &dome lights wif custom roof console in front of van. He sold van in 1983 with 46500ks on it thn tht owner resold in 1986 & was still a newcastle owner. Last rego pl8 we no of was nsw mfb-472. Chassis no= ahx33331a vin= L382930 eng no= Qr860523 & body no= 235932a . I realise this is a needle in a hay stack but u neva no if u dont ask n any info would b greatly appreciated . Cheers .
