Yep, I've got a few different input shafts that I've used before. I've also got a clutch alignment kit with a selection of different sized tools.
Doing it from below was (now I'm reconsidering it!) the way I was going to do it. I have a hoist, so maybe I should pull the motor as well and do a spruce up of the engine bay while it's out. It's not like I'm in any hurry, but once I get the motor out I may get carried away with the detailing and then I'll have to paint the body and..... well, you all know where it goes from there.
