All you can tell from those is it is an Elizabeth constructed HJ body of any style put together in the Elizabeth Body plant in April or May 1975. It was painted in Deauville Blue Metallic and had either Beige or Chamois vinyl trim depending upon what model HJ it is in. It may not even have been assembled at Elizabeth if it is a van or tonner, it could have been assembled at Pagewood or Dandenong.
Edit - I looked it up too and I already have it recorded as an Elizabeth built and assembled HJ van, optioned with L31 (308) and XS6 (bucket seats). So it is either a HJ van or a HJ Sandman van.
