They were approved by the PCM on 16/11/74 and then on 20/11/74 by someone in authority whose signature I'm not sure of. Typically these Engineering Changes seem to occur from sometime close to approval to many months after sign off, so mid 1975 is possible, Unfortunately i'm missing the proper card for this one that shows the Effective Point (commonly a date, SOP, asap, urgent or other such text). They anticipated sales of 90pa which was enough to create the Production Option (special vehicle package) rather than service the market with special vehicle orders.

So if ever I was to put mine back to stock (bwahahahaha) i'd have to put stockies with hubcaps and a full length vynal floor mat in it.
Also mine still has the original dash facia because of the selector cut out. It has a slight recess on it where as if a normal one had it cut out, it won't have the recess.
