It is because the load capacity has been reduced from 14.5cwt to 10cwt. It is the resultant GVW for a HX V8 van when that is done. It is achieved by one of two special vehicle packages:

XU4 on HX van or HX Kingswood van with V8.
XX7 on HX Sandman van with V8.

The van I'm looking at has a m in the body code
    L32 m20 2 seater
So that makes it not a sandman
    Is that right ?

That makes it a Kingswood. No Kingswood Sandmans in HX.

And no Kingswood Sandman vans ever, so a van with an N lux level is a no.
