    Ouch!

Hay guys. Well after having a great day out at Geelong all Holden day (sorry Alein I mssed you today)
I decided to go some work around the house. So down to Masters I went, bought a new front door. Took it to my work van and then it went south. I dropped it on my foot off to hospital. 5 house later! 7B43F37A-3A5E-4928-B616-78B762B65A80_zpsrfgmjsh9.jpg

Right foot. Two breaks in that and one at the tip of the next one.

Oh man.....you've done a good job on that!!! I thought i could hear screaming and swearing yesterday (you're only 30mins from my place). Heres for a speedy recovery
Solid doors are awkward to carry at the best of times.....i've moved my fair share of solid doors in my time....2400x1200 glazed doors are the worst....especially on building sites.

Yeah bummer about yesterday. Oh well, i guess you'll be at home for a while, maybe i'll come around when i have some down time for a catch up. Shoot us a message if ya want me to cruise down

Me and angle grinders dont see eye to eye much....wire wheels make short work of shredding skin. Also amazing is when welding, little balls of molten metal make their way inside your shoe....proceed with weird looking happy dance of pain when that happens
Also smashed the crap out of my 2nd metacarple bone in my hand....literally like i put the bone in a vice and squashed it...broke it in 5 places.....my right hand index finger is now shorter in length than my left index finger. plays up a bit on really cold mornings.

Ouch alright! Good effort. Proper break too. Couple of months before you will be walking properly on that!
So far all my broken bones have been dirt bike related.
So did you get the door hung????

Broke my fourth toe right foot, complete spiral fracture, from base to tip whilst playing beach volleyball at the Queensland Academy of Sport 2004, up until that moment no broken toes recorded as an injury in whole data base of beach volley ball, made me feel like nearly hanging up my bikini!

Had it pinned and it still hurts in the cold mornings and yes I copped a hard time for months.
