    Glove box locks

This may seem like a basic question,but...... how do you remove the lock from the lid?

Also, which lock suits which model? (chrome ones and black ones?)

I believe the change over was around the end of Sept. 78 to the black glovebox lock and ignition switch. (end of year change.... model update)

You will notice Jennie and Rodneys Madeira red van is a 5/78 and has the silver ignition barrel and chrome glovebox lock. We discussed these when I was down there visiting.
