Innuendo and Sean are the only guys I've seen who have used animated avatars, max is 180x180 and 1mb which is a huge amount if that breaks the forum we'll blame Alien.

My avatar is a whopping <25kb and designed not to break your forum Blocker. Likely weighs less than a regular static .jpg

wbute it's ok mate you can use an extra couple spaces, it wont slow down the forums.

...and that's normal for an animated gif on forums. I'm looking to 'upgrade' my forum signature soon just need the creative juices to get flowing.
