Club Charter

Welcome aboard Team

So....i've put together a rough draft of the Club Charter. Obviously its a 1st draft and will get some tweeking along the way. I encourage you all to read it and pull it to bits......the more its analysed the better off we will be.
BTW, i have named it the Sandman Car Club of Australia.....instead of Sandman Owners Club. Using 'owners' in the title i feel pushes people away if they dont actually own a Sandman....that way if people are passionate about them, they would be more inclined to join.

Sounds good. The only thing I noticed is that there's no mention of club rego. maybe in the section where you have the different types of memberships and one says full member, and/or associate member, you could place in here somewhere, that 'only full members will have the ability to use the club rego scheme', or something like that.

Good point.
This charter document covers the operation of the incorporated association and to meet its regulatory obligations. From what you've raised we would put that into a 'Standing Orders' document which gives you the day to day do's and don'ts.

I'll add it in to the new doc.
