I am interested to know panel wise what the differences are between a commercial front end (guards, bonnet, radiator support etc) and a normal front end. The front bumper and nose cone are definitely different but what about the other panels?

For HQ they are the same except for the blinkers added next to the grille. A standard HQ bar and brackets fit a HQ tonner.
For HJ to HZ every panel is different for a normal tonner, except for BO6 Ambulance packs which use the whole front off the same series Premier.
WB are the same as the ute and van, early on they were all round headlights and steel grille except for Kingswood ute. Later on they all looked the same just Kingswood had the holes for side strips in the guards.
I have a HQ tonner nose cone hanging on the fence if you need photos of anything.
