Im hanging to see one in person to check out the decals. Anyone with an original if you are keen inbox me some close up photos. Im keen to see how they are made...I noticed how thick the new decals are....and i mean thick.....like double what the 'stick this' ones are like. I would be very careful when washing a new sandman incase the sponge gets caught or lifts up the decal. i would almost be tempted to get a clear coat over them to lock them down...but unsure how the decals themselves would handle that. Food for thought i guess

Running your finger over them, particularly the 'Sandman' wording....its suprisingly thick. I was taken by suprise as i didnt expect it
Ah.... So what they appear to have done. Is because they are no doubt digital printed. They have used a thick vinyl. (printed onto white because the digital inks really need to be) The thick vinyl is needed as they can not be printed onto clear and have thicker clear boarders. A bit of a shame you can see the white.... But I guess that's the world we live in. Cheap made throw away society.
Hanging to check them up close. Would be great to make them in some other colours!!!! ;)

Spotted this Sandman Ute on offer at the NSW All Holden Day by Windsor Holden.
Pricing (Includes Framed Poster & Surfboard).
Managed to pick up a Sandman Red/White Truckers Cap and another Sandman Stubbie Holder for $20 the pair as they were packing up.
On the way down to Clarendon this morning we also spotted a Black Sandman Ute at Lithgow Holden proudly on display.
