I personally think a well kitted out Sports Wagon looks pretty hot but I just can't come to grips with a four door Sandman.

I agree the wagons look good, and if you want to tow much they are a better prospect than a ute. I think the name is wrong for a wagon though, but we'll see - you never know what people will buy.
While I think they should be doing a panelvan ( Amcat ) the wagon makes sense. Like my HZ it allows family fun and enjoyment, not just 2 seats. Commercially it will sell better, depending on how much over SSV they are charging.
Australia has land Stations, Yanks have Ranches and the Pommies have Estates. Thus; Station Wagon, Ranch Wagon and Estate Wagon.
Holden changed the name from Station Sedan to Station Wagon with the release of the HT. This is when the trade mark for Station Wagon was acquired from a Melbourne company that did Panel Van to Station Wagon conversion from as early as FJ. A full model before Holden released their first wagon the 1957 FE.
Just read in the open road that a full size spare is optional in VE. Is that the same for VF? Standard with an inflation kit. Just as a guess you would have no chance of inflating one of these modern low profile tyres if it had gone more than 5 meters flat.
Apologies please let me clarify, I didn't mean the VF, I meant that I have ordered a HQ after reading how Holden tactics are used to pressure sales, apparently first and only release then they surprisingly make more after demand I thought the demand for a HQ was pretty high so yeah, put more order in after the first run.

My point is that Sandman hasn't been marked as a fixed build, rather Dealer order.
Take one sticker and replace it with another. The rest is current parts bin stuff, plus some dashboard stitching in the case of VF.
We'll get there shortly.
