I reckon you're all banned (except Alien DNA!)

I grew up in Dads FE Sedan, then EH Premier, Mums LC Torana (still got it), drove to school in Dads HQ Premier before I got my 1st car, a HR wagon, quickly followed by my 1st van. Toranas and vans of every model followed along with a few Commodores.

    Notice a pattern here?

Never owned a Ford and probably never will. It's not that I don't like them, but I'd feel like a traitor if I ever owned one.

My Wife sometimes talks about (maybe) getting a Mustang......

She's NOT getting one! She can have a Camaro, Firebird or Corvette any time she wants.
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!

Don't think the old man ever had a ford, he had a ht 253 ute and other early girls but he and mum had an lc 2dr when I was born and traded up to a vb wagon , then commodores since. A mate had a xr fairmontv8 done some work to it nice old car, next ford influence was a red and black xa gt a bank Johnny had couldn't drive it at all ,but looked and sounded good . Another mate picked up an xe esp lovely car we rebuilt it went and handled well then the cops come round and checked it out and impounded it as it was stolen, he got it from a yard , so that's where I got my ford likes from .

I'm not really a Ford fan either, but I do concede some of the cars particularly the current generation of 6cyl cars are a good thing.

Yep its what you grew up with. All my family for generations only had holdens , Ive had a few fords. No complaints, but when you've grown up around Monaro's and torana's and sandman's well. Always liked the GT's but given the choice I would pick a Monaro.
