Look's to be a nice clean example too, haven't seen a lefty before either.
"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
I wonder if it was converted using sprockets and a chain like I've seen some Camaros and Firebirds here!!!!
Vans.... This is the 2nd time round the block, 40 years later! talk about turning back the clock!
It must be a conversion, as i'm certain HG was the last GMH built LHD Holden. They did other stuff LHD but not Holdens.
What has me stumped though is the remote control driver's side mirror, these were not done for the LHS afaik, and it has the manual one on the passenger's side. Even the wipers are opposite. I wonder if it is film made negative like when you print a photo off a back to front 35mm negative?
I was thinking the same sort of thing HK. I was trying to enlarge the coppers arm badge to see if the print was back the front but it's not clear enough.
You can find the video here - scene starts at 33:35
If you go to 37:24 you can see the Premier logo is reversed.

A number of the cast in the dramatisation are Australians;

Smoke and mirrors.
They've gone to a lot of trouble with that illusion. At 33.53 you can see what looks like a 'normal' rego plate, but if the image is reversed to make the HX look LHD, then the plate must have been printed in reverse.
Also the aqua-coloured 67 Impala hardtop, must be a RHD conversion because it appears to be LHD in the same reversed film as the HX. Its LHD wipers are still there, which were not changed in the conversion (so they appear to be correct for a factory RHD).
Dr Terry
Well there ya go.
@Blocker is it ok if I use your post to answer the question on the other forum?
